OSHA 1926.51: 95 workers, how many toilets and urinals?
OSHA 1926.51(c) requires one toilet seat and one urinal per 40 workers for crews of 20 to 199. For 95 workers, you need three toilet seats and three urinals.
Standard units are the usual choice for construction sites. They are non-flushing, have a holding tank, and work on any level ground with truck access. Order at least six standard units to meet the minimum. Add an ADA-compliant unit if you cluster them together, which the ADA 5 percent cluster rule requires.
Service frequency is weekly for normal use. Heat or heavy use means more frequent service visits. The vacuum truck needs clear access every service day. Blocked units get logged as missed service and billed.
Long-term rentals like yours run on a monthly rental rate. Include staking and tie-downs for wind. Vandalism happens; a damage waiver might be worth it.
Post your site details, ground type, truck path, crew shifts, if you want placement or service tips.
