Monthly rental rate
Also called: 28-day rate, construction rate, long-term rate
The monthly rental rate is the recurring charge for a portable toilet on a construction site, a home renovation or a long-term site, and it normally includes one service per week. Many companies bill on a 28-day cycle rather than a calendar month.
Ask what the rate includes: weekly service, deodorizer, paper, damage waiver, and whether delivery is separate. Extra services, sanitizer, lights and winter treatment are typical add-ons.
A rental shorter than a month is usually still billed at the monthly minimum.
