I'm planning a 150-guest wedding for a late September afternoon into evening. The ceremony and reception are in a field at a private farm. We're serving a full dinner and have an open bar. Your three-unit setup of two deluxe portable toilets plus one ADA-compliant unit is a solid base for 150 guests. Keep them as one cluster on the level pad so people do not wander. Seventy-five feet from the tent is a good compromise: far enough that guests are not staring at the doors during dinner, close enough that the walk stays short after dark.

Light the path and the unit doors. Solar stake lights along the walk and a small light over each door cut the guessing after sunset. Face the doors away from the ceremony and photo angles. Clear signs at the tent edge pointing to the cluster help more than a fancy screen.

Someone restocking toilet paper, wiping the seat and sink, emptying trash, and keeping the handwash station stocked every 30 to 45 minutes is what keeps the units from becoming the story of the night.
