Corporate outdoor event for 300: restroom trailer, deluxe units or a mix?
I'm planning our company's summer picnic next month. We're expecting 300 employees and their families for about four hours at a park. The park has a grassy field for the main tent, food trucks and games. There is a paved access road right next to the field for deliveries. The budget is approved for something nicer than a row of standard portable toilets since our executives will be attending. There will be catered food and a beer and wine bar.
I'm trying to decide between a large restroom trailer, a set of deluxe portable toilets, or a mix of both. I want to avoid long lines and make sure it feels appropriate for a corporate event. What setup would you recommend for a crowd this size and a four-hour event with alcohol?
