Backyard concert for 150 with a food truck: two standard units enough?

I'm planning a backyard concert for 150 guests with a food truck on site. The event runs four hours, and we're serving beer and wine. The yard is flat grass, and a truck can pull right up to the edge for delivery and service. I'm trying to keep costs reasonable, but I don't want people waiting in long lines. My initial thought was two standard units, but I'm wondering if that's enough with alcohol involved. Should I add a third standard unit, or maybe look at a deluxe unit with a sink? Also, do I need an ADA-compliant unit for a private event like this?

Two standard units are not enough for 150 guests with alcohol served over four hours. The industry units per person guideline starts at one unit per 50 to 75 people for a four-hour event, but alcohol consumption increases usage. Add a third standard unit to reduce wait times. A deluxe unit with a sink is optional for handwashing convenience, though you could pair a handwash station with standard units instead. An ADA-compliant unit is not legally required for a private backyard event, but it is considerate if you expect guests with mobility needs. Your flat grass and truck access meet typical placement requirements. Service frequency depends on use; weekly is standard, but a one-day event like this usually doesn't require mid-event servicing unless units fill up. Costs rise with more units, deluxe features, or additional service visits.
