New rural lot with no street address: how do I direct the driver?

We just bought a wooded acreage outside of town and are starting to build a cabin. The land has no street address, just a rural route number and a long dirt driveway that's easy to miss. I need to rent a standard portable toilet for the crew and the occasional weekend we're out there, probably for a couple of months. The spot I've cleared is level and a service truck can definitely reach it, but I'm worried about the delivery driver finding the place. What's the best way to give directions? Is it common to share GPS coordinates? Should I meet the driver at a landmark? I want to make sure the placement is right the first time so the service visits go smoothly.

The best way to direct the driver is to provide GPS coordinates and meet them at the nearest obvious landmark, like a road junction or mailbox. Give the rental company both the coordinates and written directions from that landmark, noting the driveway length and any turnoffs. Service drivers in rural areas expect this; they use GPS and are used to finding remote sites. Confirm the driver has your cell number for the delivery day. For your crew, a standard portable toilet is sufficient. OSHA 1926.51 requires one toilet for 20 or fewer workers, which covers most small builds. For weekend guests, use the event guideline of about one unit per 50 to 75 people, adding units if you serve alcohol or have long stays. Service is weekly normally, but low use in cold weather may let you stretch it. Your setup sounds good: level ground and truck access matter most. Rental cost depends on unit type, rental duration, service frequency, and delivery distance, your remote location may add a trip fee.
