Do flushing porta potties fill up faster than standard ones?
I'm planning a backyard wedding for 140 guests with a tent, a band, and no indoor bathrooms. The rental company recommends a mix of standard units and flushing units for the guests. The event organizer told me that flushing porta potties fill up faster than standard ones and need more service visits. I don't understand why, since both types have a holding tank. The wedding is six hours long, we're serving alcohol and food, and the ground is level grass with truck access. Why do flushing units fill up faster? What drives the service frequency difference?
