OSHA 1926.51(c) requires one toilet seat and one urinal per 40 workers for a crew of 180. You need five toilet seats and five urinals minimum.

Standard units meet the minimum
A standard portable toilet counts as one toilet seat. A portable urinal counts separately. Order five standard units and five urinals to meet the letter of the rule. But crews hate waiting, so I always add units.

Add an ADA-compliant unit
The ADA cluster rule applies when you cluster units. For five or more units in one location, you need at least one ADA-compliant portable toilet. It has a wider door, grab bars and turning space.

High-rise and service access
For a high-rise, plan placement where the vacuum truck can reach every week. Level ground, no overhead obstructions. If you have multiple floors, you might need units lifted up. Talk to your rental company about high-rise units designed for that.

Set up a cluster with six standard units, one ADA unit and five urinals. That gives you a buffer. Service weekly, more often in summer heat. Post any follow-up questions below.
