Can a flushing portable toilet handle daily use in an office remodel?

We're starting a six-week office remodel with 30 people on site daily. The crew will be working Monday to Friday, eight hours a day, with no food service or alcohol. I'm considering renting a flushing portable toilet instead of a standard unit for better hygiene and comfort. The placement spot is on level ground near the building entrance, and a vacuum truck can reach it easily for weekly service. My concern is whether a flushing unit can handle daily use without constant issues, specifically, noise from the flush mechanism and the upkeep required to keep it clean and functional. Has anyone used a flushing portable toilet for a similar duration and crew size? How did it hold up compared to a standard unit?

A flushing unit holds up fine for six weeks of office remodel work, but a single seat with no urinal will not cover 30 people, and weekly service is where it gets tight.

OSHA 1926.51 Table D-1 puts 20 or more workers at 1 seat and 1 urinal per 40 workers, so at 30 you need at least a seat plus a urinal. If the flushing unit you're quoted has no urinal, pair it with a standard unit that has one or add a second unit.

Noise was never the issue on our jobs. The foot pump flush is a quiet thunk. The real upkeep is the fresh water tank. With a full crew on it every day, ours ran dry before the holding tank was anywhere near full, and once it's dry guys stop pumping and it turns gross fast. Ask the driver to check tank levels on the first two visits and bump to twice a week if it's running out. Also keep the unit unlocked only during work hours so the public coming through the entrance doesn't burn through the water overnight.
