Celebration of life at my grandpa's farm this Saturday, about 80 people. Our septic can't take that. One unit or two?

My grandpa passed last week and the family wants to do the celebration of life out at his farm this Saturday afternoon. We're expecting around 80 people, a lot of them older, from about 1 to 6 with food and coffee in the machine shed. The house is on an old septic system and my uncle is pretty sure it won't handle that many flushes in one afternoon, so we want to keep people out of the house bathroom.

I've never rented one of these before. Is a single standard unit going to cut it for five hours, or should I get two? A few of grandpa's friends use canes and one uses a wheelchair, so I'm wondering if one of them should be an ADA unit. The yard is mostly flat grass next to the gravel drive. Also is three days enough notice or am I too late?

Rent two portable toilets for this event. One unit will not handle 80 people over five hours with food and coffee, and you need an ADA-compliant unit for the wheelchair user. The event guideline is about one unit per 50 to 75 people for four hours, so two units are appropriate. Include one ADA-compliant portable toilet to meet the ADA 5 percent cluster rule and accommodate mobility needs. Three days is enough notice for a rental company if they have units available, but call today. Specify the Saturday afternoon event duration and the flat grass placement near the gravel drive for truck access. No weekly service is needed for a one-day event, but confirm the rental includes delivery, pickup, and a pre-event cleaning. The cost depends on the unit types, rental duration, and delivery distance. Avoid using the house septic to prevent overloading it.
