Backyard wedding for 100: Should we get a restroom trailer or multiple deluxe units?

We're having a wedding in our backyard for 100 guests, with a tent, dinner, and an open bar. It'll run about 6 hours. The ground is level grass, and a truck can get within 20 feet of where we'd put the restrooms. I'm weighing one restroom trailer with multiple stalls against three deluxe portable toilets. The trailer feels more upscale, but I'm worried about power needs and if it's overkill. The deluxe units have flushing toilets and sinks, which are nice, but I don't want lines or guests feeling cramped. Which option handles a crowd better and keeps things comfortable? Is the trailer worth the extra hassle for a wedding?

A restroom trailer handles a crowd better for a 100-guest wedding. The trailer provides multiple private stalls that reduce lines and feel more comfortable than individual units. Your event with a six-hour duration and an open bar requires more capacity than a typical four-hour gathering. The units per person guideline is a starting point; you need to add units for events with alcohol and longer run times.

A restroom trailer needs a generator for power and must be placed on level ground. Your site has the required truck access for delivery. The trailer's cost is higher due to its features and the need for a service visit to pump the holding tank after the event. Three deluxe portable toilets would also work, but guests may experience lines and the space inside each unit is smaller. For a wedding where guest comfort is a priority, the trailer is worth the extra coordination.
