Family reunion at a park pavilion: renting porta potties when the park bathrooms are not enough

We're planning our family reunion this August at a city park pavilion. The park has a permanent restroom building, but with 120 relatives expected for a full day with a catered lunch and a beer and wine permit, I know it won't be enough. The pavilion is on level grass, and a delivery truck can pull right up to the edge of the paved parking lot about 30 feet away.

I'm looking at the rental company's options. A few standard portable toilets are the basic choice, but I'm also considering a couple of deluxe portable toilets with sinks or even a small restroom trailer. We have one guest who uses a wheelchair, so we'll definitely need an ADA-compliant unit. How many total units should I rent for a crowd this size with food and alcohol? And for a one-day event, is the extra cost of deluxe units or a trailer worth it for guest comfort?
