Sink inside the unit vs a separate handwash station: which is better for an event?
I'm organizing a weekly farmers market with about 300 visitors over four hours. We have food vendors and some alcohol sales. The site is grass, flat, and a truck can drive right up. I'm deciding between renting deluxe units that have a built-in sink and flushing bowl, or getting standard units and adding a separate handwash station. The deluxe ones seem convenient with everything in one unit, but the separate station might handle more people at once. I want to keep lines down and make sure everyone can wash up easily. Which setup works better for a busy event like this? Does the built-in sink hold up with heavy use?
