500-person brewery festival, 6 hours: how many porta potties?

I'm planning a craft beer festival for 500 attendees this June. It runs from noon to 6 PM on a Saturday on a grassy field at a local brewery. We'll have multiple beer tents pouring craft brews and several food vendors. The ground is level, and a vacuum truck can drive right up to the placement area. I'm deciding between renting standard units or upgrading to a restroom trailer for a better guest experience. With alcohol involved and a six-hour duration, I know I need more units than a basic guideline. How many portable toilets should I order, and what's the right mix of standard, deluxe, and ADA-compliant units for this crowd?

Rent 10 to 12 portable toilets for 500 people at a six-hour beer festival. Order 8 or 9 standard units, 2 or 3 deluxe flushing units with sinks, and at least one ADA-compliant unit to meet the ADA cluster rule. The beer and food service increase usage, so lean toward the higher count. A restroom trailer provides flushing toilets and sinks but needs level ground, a generator or power hookup, and more frequent pumping due to its smaller individual tanks. Weekly service is standard, but for a single-day event you pay a flat rental rate that includes delivery, pickup and one service after the event. The rental company will service the units with a vacuum truck after the festival ends. Prices rise with deluxe features, trailers, and add-ons like handwash stations or extra servicing.
