300-person outdoor concert with food trucks: how many porta potties?

I'm planning a 300-person outdoor concert with food trucks and alcohol sales. The event runs six hours, and the venue has no existing restrooms. Ground is level grass, and a vacuum truck can access the placement area easily. I'm thinking about a mix of standard units and maybe a deluxe unit or restroom trailer for a nicer guest experience. I know I need at least one ADA-compliant unit per the ADA cluster rule, but I'm unsure on the total count, should I follow the one per 50 people guideline or add more for the alcohol and food? Also, how many handwash stations would you pair with that?

For a 300-person six-hour event with food and alcohol, you need at least 10 portable toilets. Use the one unit per 50 people guideline as a starting point for events, then add more for alcohol, food and duration. A 300-person event with those factors needs extra units to prevent long lines.

Your mix should include: at least one ADA-compliant portable toilet per the ADA 5 percent cluster rule, eight or nine standard portable toilet units, and one deluxe portable toilet or restroom trailer for a premium option. The restroom trailer needs level ground and a generator if no power is available.

Pair the cluster with two handwash station units. Service frequency for a one-day event is not weekly; the rental company will service after the event. The cost depends on unit types, rental duration and add-ons like handwash stations.
