Family reunion weekend: one unit enough for about 60 people with outdoor food?

We're hosting a family reunion at my parents' place next month, Saturday and Sunday afternoon. Roughly 60 people total, not all at once, with a potluck under a tent in the backyard. The house bathroom stays for older relatives who need it, so everyone else would use a standard portable toilet out by the garage where the truck can reach.

I'm stuck on whether one unit covers two days of that crowd with food out all afternoon, or if we should get a second one. Some cousins want a handwash station next to the food table. Is that overkill for a private yard, or worth it when people are handling serving spoons all day?

No alcohol planned. Ground is level grass. Looking for what you'd order in the same spot.

One standard portable toilet is not enough for 60 people over two days. You need two. The industry guideline for event planning is about one unit per 50 to 75 people for a four-hour event. Your event runs for two afternoons with food, which increases usage. A single unit's holding tank will fill too fast and become unpleasant.

Order two standard units. Place them together on the level grass by the garage for the truck access. The handwash station is not overkill. It is necessary when people are handling shared food. Place it near the potluck table.

Service frequency for a weekend event is simple. The rental company will deliver clean units on Friday or Saturday morning and pick them up Monday. No mid-event service is needed for a two-day private event. The cost is driven by the number of units, the rental duration, and any add-ons like the handwash station. A second unit and a handwash station are worth the price for guest comfort and hygiene.
