Bathroom remodel: handwash station with a long-term driveway porta potty?

We're mid bathroom remodel and the driveway porta potty is staying for several weeks. Do we also need a handwash station for family and the trades, or is the unit's built-in sanitizer enough?

Only upstairs bath is gutted, so nobody can wash up indoors without a trek downstairs. Rental guy said the standard unit has a sanitizer dispenser on the wall. My spouse wants a stand-alone handwash station next to it. Crew is usually 2 to 3 people plus us living here. Monthly rental, weekly service already booked.

Is the sanitizer actually good enough for this setup, or do people on home remodels usually add a handwash station too?
