November 2026 holiday market: 100 vendors, 4 days. Units needed?

Our annual holiday market runs Thursday through Sunday in a city park with 100 vendor booths selling crafts and food. We expect about 5,000 visitors daily over the four days, with alcohol served at a beer garden. The ground is flat grass, and a service truck can park within 20 feet of the placement area. I need to order portable toilets for both vendors and the public. Should I go with standard units, deluxe units with sinks, or a restroom trailer? How many total units do we need, and how many should be ADA-compliant?

For your holiday market, use a mix of standard units and ADA-compliant units, with handwash stations nearby. A restroom trailer is less practical due to power needs and cost, but deluxe units with sinks could work if you prioritize handwashing. You need at least 20 standard units for the public, plus one ADA-compliant unit per cluster. For vendors, OSHA rules require one toilet per 20 workers, so five units for 100 vendors.

Total units: 25 standard, one ADA-compliant, and several handwash stations. Service daily due to high use and food service. The ground and truck access are fine. Costs depend on unit type, rental duration, and service frequency, daily service adds expense, but it's necessary for a clean event.
