Weekly vs twice-weekly service on a summer job site: when does the second service pay for itself?
We're running a commercial job in Phoenix with 45 workers on site five days a week. It's hot. We have two standard-units and one ada-unit placed on level gravel, easy truck access. They get serviced every Tuesday. By Thursday afternoon, the crew is complaining. The deodorizer is gone, the paper is low, and the units are rough.
I'm looking at the cost of adding a second weekly service, maybe Friday. The rental company says it's an option. I know heat accelerates odor and use. When does that second service actually pay for itself in crew morale and productivity versus just being an extra cost? For those of you in hot climates, what's your tipping point for moving from weekly to twice-weekly service?
