Can a restroom trailer be serviced if it's on a wooden deck?

We're getting married next spring at a private property with a beautiful wooden deck overlooking the lake. It's the perfect spot for our 140 guests to enjoy the view, and I'd love to place a restroom trailer there so it's convenient. The deck is sturdy, built for heavy furniture, but I'm not sure if a vacuum truck can safely service a unit that's elevated. The truck would have to park on the lawn about 30 feet away from the deck's edge. Does a restroom trailer need to be at ground level for the service hose to reach the holding tank connection? Also, is the deck's weight capacity a factor for the delivery truck when they place it?

A restroom trailer can be serviced on a wooden deck if the vacuum truck hose can reach the holding tank connection and the deck supports the trailer's weight. The service hose typically extends 25 to 30 feet, so a truck parked 30 feet away on the lawn may reach, but measure the exact distance from the truck parking spot to the trailer's service port. The deck's weight capacity matters for both the service truck and the trailer itself, a restroom trailer weighs thousands of pounds empty and more when full, so confirm the deck can handle that load plus delivery equipment. For your wedding with 140 guests, one restroom trailer with multiple stalls (like a 3- or 4-stall unit) should suffice, but add units if alcohol is served or the event lasts longer than four hours. Service frequency depends on usage; for a one-day event, servicing isn't needed, but for multi-day rentals, weekly service is standard. Delivery costs depend on distance and accessibility, so inform the rental company about the deck setup upfront.
