HOA fall cookout for about 80 people. Do we need a separate handwash station with the porta potties?
Our HOA is putting on a Saturday afternoon cookout by the pool common area. Roughly 80 people, burgers and sides from a couple of food trucks, soft drinks only, about four hours. No indoor restrooms anyone can use without walking through someone's building.
We were quoted two standard units plus one handwash station. A board member thinks the handwash is overkill if the food trucks have their own sinks. Another wants it near the units so kids aren't wiping burger hands on the door handles.
Ground is level concrete near the parking lot, truck can get right up to it. Is the separate handwash station worth it for this size, or are we fine with two units and sanitizer bottles? Any placement tip so the food trucks and restrooms don't fight for the same corner?
