Can they move our driveway porta potty mid-rental when the concrete crew shows up?

We're three weeks into a bathroom remodel with a standard unit on the driveway. The concrete guys are pouring a new apron next Tuesday, and the unit is sitting right where they need to form.

Can the rental company do a mid-rental delivery move to the side yard, or do we have to end the contract and start a new one? The side spot is still truck-reachable for a weekly service visit, just farther from the street.
