Hunting camp November 2026: 10 people for 7 days. Service needed?

Setting up a hunting camp for 10 people for a week in late November 2026. It's remote, with temperatures dropping below freezing at night, and the ground is uneven but accessible by a service truck. I'm planning to rent a standard portable toilet unit with a holding tank, non-flushing. There will be food and alcohol, so use might be heavier. I'm wondering about service frequency, is weekly service enough for 10 people over 7 days in cold weather, or should I schedule an extra visit? Also, should I consider a deluxe unit with a sink for handwashing, given the remote setup?
