Vandalism on site: who pays for a tipped-over porta potty?

Found a standard portable toilet on its side this morning. It's a long-term rental for our 40-person crew, been here eight weeks with weekly service. The ground is level gravel, and the vacuum truck has no access issues. Not sure if vandalism like this is covered by our rental agreement or if we're on the hook. Does the damage waiver typically include tipped units, or is that considered our responsibility to secure better?
