Bass tournament at a county boat ramp with about 100 people: where do porta potties go when the lot fills with trailers?

Our fishing club is running a one day bass tournament in early November at a county lake. Launch is at first light and weigh-in wraps around 3pm, so call it 10 hours. We expect about 35 boats with two anglers each, plus maybe 30 family and spectators for the weigh-in. The ramp has one vault toilet we can use, but it always turns into a line.

The problem is the parking lot. By 6am it's packed with trucks and boat trailers, so I don't see how a service truck gets in or where units sit without eating trailer spots. There's a strip of grass along the entrance road and a gravel pad next to where the weigh-in tent goes.

How many units should we add for a crowd that mostly hits at the start and the end? Should they be dropped the day before so they're in place before the lot fills, and is a handwash station by the weigh-in worth it with everyone handling fish?

Place the portable toilets on the grass strip along the entrance road or the gravel pad next to the weigh-in tent, away from the trailer parking. Have them delivered the day before the tournament so they are in place before the lot fills with trucks and trailers. This ensures the vacuum truck has access for setup and service without blocking the ramp.

For a 10-hour event with about 100 people, start with two standard units and one ADA-compliant unit to meet the ADA cluster rule. The crowd peaks at launch and weigh-in, so this count should handle the rush. Add a handwash station near the weigh-in tent, it is essential with everyone handling fish. Service is not needed for a one-day event, but the units must be clean and fully stocked at delivery.
