Can a delivery truck place a porta potty on a sloped driveway?

We're gutting our only bathroom for a month, so I rented a standard portable toilet for the driveway. The rental company asked about level ground and truck access, and I said yes, but now I'm second-guessing the slope. Our driveway has a slight pitch, maybe a 5-degree angle, and it's paved asphalt. The delivery truck can pull right up to the spot. I'm worried the unit might not sit flat or could tip, especially if someone leans on the door. Do delivery trucks carry leveling blocks or shims to adjust for a slope? If not, is a slight slope acceptable, or do we absolutely need to find a perfectly flat spot like the backyard?

Yes, a delivery truck can set a standard unit on a lightly pitched driveway, but they should level it so the door closes and the tank sits flat.

Most crews carry wood blocks or plastic pads for this. A five-degree asphalt pitch is enough that I would want them to shim one side rather than drop it raw. If the unit leans, the door hangs or swings open, the seat feels crooked, and waste can pool toward one wall. That gets old fast when it is your only bathroom for a month, and it also makes the service visit messier for the vacuum truck.

Tell the dispatcher about the pitch before they arrive so they bring pads. After they set it, stand inside and see if the floor rocks. If it still leans, have them shift a few feet to a flatter pad on the driveway, or to a short path into the backyard if the truck can reach. Firm pavement still benefits from staking or a weight kit when wind is in the forecast.
