What's the worst weather you've serviced a porta potty in?

Last January, I had a route of 15 standard portable toilets on a construction site that was an absolute sheet of ice. The wind chill was about -15, and my vacuum truck's hose was so stiff it was like wrestling a frozen firehose. The holding tank lids were frozen shut on half the units, and I had to carefully chip away the ice with a pry bar just to get them open. The deodorizer was slushy, and I had to pour it slow so it wouldn't freeze solid before hitting the tank bottom. My gloves were useless after the first two stops. What's the worst weather you've had to service a porta potty in? Was it the cold, the rain, or something else entirely?

The worst weather is a Montana blizzard with 60 mile an hour winds. The vacuum truck slides off our ranch road, and the doors on the standard units rip off their hinges if you don't double up on staking and tie-downs. The deodorizer freezes solid in the jug before you can pour it. I have a remote guest cabin that gets a single standard unit, and I have to plan the service visit for a clear day because the truck access is a forty mile round trip on a dirt track that turns to mud in spring. The rental company adds a long-haul delivery fee for that. In winter, they use a brine solution in the holding tank to keep it from freezing solid, but the handwash station is useless and gets pulled until spring. Heavy rain is just messy, but high wind will move a unit if it's not anchored. That's the real hazard.
