We're planning a wedding reception for 100 guests at a local park, and it's scheduled to last about five hours. We're serving a full dinner and have an open bar, so I'm expecting a lot of people will be drinking. The ground is flat grass, and there's a paved access road where a truck can pull up to drop off and service the units. I want to avoid long lines because I know that can really ruin the vibe.
