I'm hosting a corporate client meeting outdoors for about 60 people, lasting four hours with catered lunch and no alcohol. The ground is level grass, and a service truck can park within 20 feet. I'm deciding between standard portable toilets and deluxe flushing units. Standard units are basic and functional, but deluxe units have a flushing toilet, a sink with running water, a mirror, and better odor control. This is an important business event, and I want to make a good impression. Is the upgrade to deluxe units worth it for client comfort and professionalism? Should I consider a restroom trailer instead for a higher-end feel?

Fifteen years producing outdoor events from 150-guest weddings to two-day music festivals. Restrooms are the thing guests remember when they go wrong, so I plan them first.
