Our wedding site is a grass field. Can a restroom trailer even get in and stay level?

A restroom trailer can sit on a grass field if the ground is firm and the delivery truck can reach the spot without getting stuck. Soft or recently soaked turf is the real problem, not the trailer itself.

We put one on a farm lawn for a family reunion last fall. The crew wanted a dry window and a path that looked solid under the truck tires. After a wet week they staged plywood under the jacks so the trailer stayed level and did not dig into the soil. Level matters because the tanks and drains need a flat setup to work right. A gentle slope is fine if they can crib and level the frame, but a soft bottom after rain is where you get ruts and a stuck truck.

Ask the rental company what truck they use and how far it needs to back in. If the field is iffy, a hard pad near the edge of the grass, or delivery after a dry stretch, beats hoping the ground holds under a heavy restroom trailer. For wet forecasts, ask about boards or cribbing under the jacks as part of delivery. That is normal on soft sites, not a special request.
