I'm planning a corporate client event for about 100 people, running four hours with cocktails and light catering. The venue is a landscaped lawn with good truck access. I want to avoid the expense and setup of a restroom trailer but still offer a step up from basic units. I'm considering renting deluxe portable toilets instead of standard ones. The deluxe units have a flushing bowl, a small sink with running water, and a mirror, which feels more polished. Standard units are functional but bare-bones. For accessibility, I'll include one ADA-compliant unit per cluster. Has anyone used deluxe units for a corporate crowd? Did guests notice the upgrade, and was it worth the extra cost?

Fifteen years producing outdoor events from 150-guest weddings to two-day music festivals. Restrooms are the thing guests remember when they go wrong, so I plan them first.
