Family of six, no plumbing until December 2026. One porta potty enough?
Our bathroom renovation is running way longer than planned, and we're looking at no plumbing until December 2026, over two years out. There are six of us living here: two adults and four kids. Right now, we have a single standard portable toilet on our driveway, which is level and has good truck access. But I'm starting to worry it won't be enough for daily use, especially with everyone home a lot. The unit gets serviced weekly, but it feels crowded and not very comfortable for the long haul. Should we stick with one standard unit, upgrade to a deluxe or ADA-compliant model for more space, or even consider a restroom trailer for better amenities? How do other families handle this without going crazy?
