PSAI (Portable Sanitation Association International)
Also called: Portable Sanitation Association
The PSAI is the trade association for the portable sanitation industry: rental operators, manufacturers and suppliers. It maintains the ANSI Z4.3 standard, runs training and certification for operators and publishes planning guidance for events.
For a renter the PSAI matters as a source: its planning tables and its standard are what a serious operator refers to. Membership or certification is a signal that a company follows industry practice, not a guarantee.
Operators use the PSAI for training route staff, disposal guidance and industry data.
